POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) – CIF Supply

Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) is a renewable biomass by-product generated during palm oil processing. Rich in organic content, POME is widely utilized as a feedstock for biogas and bioenergy production, contributing to sustainable energy generation and carbon-reduction initiatives.

We offer POME on a CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) basis, providing end-to-end logistics, marine insurance, and delivery to the buyer’s nominated port or receiving facility.

Commercial Terms

• Product: Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME)
• Delivery Term: CIF (Incoterms® 2020)
• Minimum Order Quantity: 75,000 Metric Tons (MT) per shipment
• Loading Ports: Approved palm oil mill effluent collection terminals
• Discharge Ports: Buyer-nominated ports or processing facilities
• Inspection: Independent third-party inspectors (SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas)

Payment Terms

• Security Instrument: SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) issued by a first-class international bank
• Payment Method: MT103 bank-to-bank transfer in accordance with contract terms
• Banking Instruments: MT700 / MT760 acceptable, subject to agreement
